I don’t see drunks or crazies, but a well organized (check the spacing of the torches and the fluidity of the marching .... amazing !) city/community

There are hundreds/THOUSANDS of participants armed with broadswords and carrying huge torches, yet no one gets hurt and it’s a fun event.
