When you use terms like “creepers” you aren’t helping keep the peace. libbylu is a passionate Cruz supporter as am I. There are many posters just as passionate on the pro Trump side and for the most part we all keep our disagreements civil.
However, we all have to be careful to keep it civil or its easy for these discussions to escalate. I do want to be sure though that no one tries to cut off debate in the name of civility because having passionate disagreements and discussion about the pros and cons of the candidates is a good thing. Its the ad hominum attacks and personal insults that we all need to be careful to avoid.

Based on that argument, I call upon Donald Trump to wait until 2027 to run for POTUS. Till then, I see him as a risk of flip flop itis.

Cruz is by far the most doctrinally pure conservative - but still has flaws.
Trump is by far the most electable and expressing sufficiently conservative leanings - but still has flaws.
I like Cruz, I’m fine with Trump. Don’t understand why the differences in preference so often have to devolve into visceral berating hatred of “the other guy”, when both are FAR more preferable to Clinton or Sanders. Anyone declaring something akin to “well, if ______ gets the nomination I’ll just vote Democrat” is a blithering idiot.
