Apple today released OS X 10.11.3 which improves the stabiliy, compatibility, and security of your Mac.
This update is recommended for all OS X El Capitan users.
To update:
1. Open the App Store app on your Mac.
2. Click Updates in the toolbar.
3. Update each app individually, or click Update All to install all available updates.

Thanks for the ping.
Need to Freep Mail you on the Alzheimer issue you discussed in the past. Have been doing some work on insulin dysregulation, blood brain barrier damage and brain iron accumulation for my wife.
This deals with the oral bacterial discovery you mentioned. I'm really busy at the moment with both mine and wife's project deadlines, however would like to share with you some treatment findings.
I'll probably be sending it in the next couple of weeks. This will deal with findings about both medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), butyrate and their anti-bacterial properties.
