I took the family to New Hampshire early this morning to meet Ted Cruz. It was cold, but everyone at Lindy's Diner was excited. It was a good turnout and Ted Cruz had a conversation with my 6 year old. I linked to that exchange, I think you might find it endearing and genuine. Later he spoke in the diner for a good while and left to continue on his journey. We had been to a Trump rally, so it was nice to also meet another Republican candidate. My impression of him is that he is a very good man...very smart, and he will defend our Constitution, our traditions, and our conservative values. The people who attended were very nice and the whole scene was 'norman rockwell-ish'. I have 4 girls and they have been involved in the campaign...so they were thrilled to meet Ted. Thanks for listening and hope you enjoyed the video.

Your children will be able to look back and say the actually met the President of the United States. He’s a good man.
Yes I’m a Trumpkin but would enjoy meeting Ted.
That would have been pretty cool. :)
That would be a memory to cherish, wouldn't it? :)
Thanks for posting.
NO.
What cute kids!! Great history they are witnessing...and memories they’re making - seeing two candidates rallies/events. Memories to last a lifetime!
Thank you...we really do enjoy going to these rallies. Educational, fun and be neat to maybe meet the next president.
This is a question not really a knock against Trump...
As you said...I know some “election laws are screwy”.
But didn’t Trump rent out a movie theater in Iowa to show the new Benghazi movie for free for the theater goers?
Would there be any difference between a candidate buying lunch for diners or buying theater tickets?
Anyway just a trivial question...
I was just curious.
Thank you for posting this. My son and I had the opportunity to meet Ted during his Senate campaign 4 years ago.
