Our government using sophisticated equipment to watch the Oregon protesters, and probably a lot of other Americans.
How many people, and by that, I mean what percentage of the population is even aware those rules exist? I'd bet it is well below 1%, especially if you aren't either a federal regulator or work in the power industry.
For that matter, how many even know what FERC and NERC are?
People are ever suspicious of things they know nothing about, especially if the appearance of those things is badly timed to coincide with other goings on.
Question: are those thermal cameras or infrared?
I usually wander around and chat a little with as many people as I can.
