Our government using sophisticated equipment to watch the Oregon protesters, and probably a lot of other Americans.
Why should that stop you from saying he looks stupid or looks like he has a mouth full of tobacco (another slur to imply stupid fly over people). Continue on.
What’s a slurper? Someone like the drooling idiots destroying electrical coop property like those on the video? They got to slurp up their drool every few seconds?
I do engineering work for the power company (civil). The mandates placed on them are a gravy train with no end. And they just go to the ratepayer board and raise the rates. A local plant just built a football sized concrete container for fly ash, for environmental reasons, etc...all paid for by the customers.
I’ve got a feeling all these camera enclosures will have to get upgraded sometime soon.
They mock themselves with such stupid incoherent vandalism.
And on camera no less - their own - and the COOP’s security cameras.
Unbelievable.
Would you like me to translate that for ya, dynoman? LOL! :)
Do you think a lineman would be more endangered visiting in this area than downtown Detroit, Fergesson or many other urban areas? Get real.
How many people have been shot at this protest against Federal Tyranny?
A Honda 2000 is going to look better and better...
Don’t double down on stupid.
*Sigh* I saw plenty of it on the video - and on this thread. No need to translate.
Maybe they are Bald Eagle webcams.
Very popular. :-)
.
I assume that’s a generator. No thanks...I’ve got one, but geeze its a pain getting gas for it every day.
I’m reminded of when half our city went dark...because colper thieves took wire out of a live substation!
Can’t imagine why the power company has cameras.
lacrew, I don’t have a problem with them having cameras, just show them. That is more effective at stopping vandalism than stealth cameras. Why else do people put up a lot of fake cameras, but to stop vandals and thieves?
This might be an innocent power company spy camera system, but it is still stupid and ignorant, and anyone defending it is, ignorant.
At some point in time, the peasants are going to have to start looking at "ready to serve" charges, thanks to 0Muslim.
“Â and anyone defending it is, ignorant”
Well, I guess you just called me ignorant.
Look, you walk into Wal Mart, a gas station, a department store, or just about anywhere, you are on camera. I do ‘t know why its so shocking that the power company does the same.
Did I mention they SIP gasoline? :)
Hmmm...may be time to upgrade.
Generally, you can look around and spot the cameras or the camera domes or other containers. It is obvious.
This box is a little disturbing. It isn’t designed so that people know they are being watched.
I guess, we should just always assume we are being watched. God is watching us, and I know he has seen things that I am ashamed of.
Oh, well. If God can watch us all the time, why not the government?
How on earth could you know about the hidden cameras you can’t spot. Its concievable (and very likely) that on a daily basis you are filmed by a camera you have never spotted.
And we have very different notions of what ‘concealed’ means. You happen to know what the bulbs at Wal Mart are, and you don’t consider them to be concealed. Well the giant boxes mounted on poles, with cables attached and SCADA stenciled on the side really are no more clandestine than the bulbs.
Yours in ignorance,
Lacrew
Good grief, so what?
It’s a given, and not a surprise “discovery.”
Some grifters will do anything to steal money/power, from good hearted citizens.
Thanks Lacrew, you are so wise.
