For a peon to request medical information — ANY type of medical information — of The State is to stick your nose where it does not belong.
The person who filed a request for this information can expect a tax audit for even daring to peak behind the curtain of The State.

Didn't you know that as far as gubermint is concerned, HIPAA applies more to a dolphin, then we subjects?..
