Everyone has seen Making a Murderer on Netflix. Which goes to show just how much time weâre spending on Netflix, doesnât it? A lot of time. If you havenât seen Making a Murderer, spoiler alert: you get screwed, manipulated, plus you spent ten hours watching this show. Ten hours of youâre life youâll never get back. Iâm collecting names for a class action lawsuit (just kidding⦠ish).

Yes, there was a lot of crap that happened in the trial. Yes, the documentary shone a light on the corruption which sometimes happens in the justice department. However, Steven Avery was guilty. Look at the rest of the evidence which wasnât shown in the documentary. For you BlackLivesMatter people, no, this case of Steven Avery doesnât support your movement. Seriously, watch the video above. Also, how does someone âaccidentallyâ douse a cat in gasoline then throw it on a bonfireâ¦? Fortunately we have some direct feedback from Steven Avery on all this. He called collect into our show and we gave him some air time. Yep, this is an exclusive interview with Steven Avery. Watch, listen, learn.

Itâs been pretty busy for Steven Avery. We get it, heâs been under a lot of pressure, which could explain why he âaccidentallyâ confessed to murder. Avery agrees the Netflix documentary did a fair job portraying his case. He also addresses: Cat dousing Lighting Theresa on fire (like the cat) Poor people always lose Kratz is a pervert Averyâs sexual misconduct is âtaken out of contextâ Ya know? Whatâs a little bit of fooling around between family? Ya know? Avery touches first Ya know? A little put put golf in the bedroom? Ya know? Draw your own, ya know, conclusions Ya know?
After that though, if we assume they did not cut out parts that significantly change the nature of the story ...
The issue isn't whether he did it or not. The issue is whether he should have been found guilty, and whether there is good reason to believe the cops were totally corrupt and railroaded him.
Avery: Guilty under our law? Not guilty. Plenty of reasonable doubt. Actually guilty? maybe fully, maybe involved. If I had to bet a dollar, I'd say 'no.', probably his relatives, partly in cahoots with whatever cops had the most to lose by the civil suit going forward, probably with a lot of money involved. (In that area, not much money is a lot of money)
The cops? Can't convict them either in a court of law. Pretty sure they are guilty of a little or a lot though. Some of those individuals had a lot to lose. When your life, career and reputation, and perhaps jail time resulting from discoveries in the civil suit are at stake ... would some kill - justify it that 'types like Avery' even if they didn't do this murder were probably guilty enough of how they lived to deserve to pay for the mistakes of an upstanding cop who maybe long ago made a mistake in putting the wrong guy away? Yep.
Assuming Netflix didn't leave out something that significantly changes the facts, it's the most convincing argument against the death penalty you can make, unless there are multiple independent eye witnesses and DNA evidence to back up a 1st degree case.
You don't have to be a bleeding heart to know there are plenty of bad cops and that human beings lie and justify their actions all the time, especially when they are in danger of losing everything.
Guilty pleasures for him?
He ABSOLUTELY should not have been interrogated with nobody present. Agree.
What the film does NOT show you is that Brandon’s confession was actually much more detailed. So specific in fact, that it is what led to evidence discovery which wasn’t being looked for otherwise.
Also, evidence over which he was not being asked leading questions at all.
Filmmakers entirely left that out.

Agreed. Guilty or not, he for sure didn’t get a fair trial. And so much motive — 36 million dollar law suit, with the insurers pulling out from the defendants — for the cops to nail the guy at any cost. Again, doesn’t mean he was innocent - OJ was guilty AND Mark Furman planted the glove — but did not get a fair trial and should have a new one.
Never watched that show, never needed to watch it. Obvious to me the guy is murderous scum, and any “show” that purports otherwise is lying piece of propaganda.
