You would think that someone would have stepped in. OTOH, there is a significant risk of being charged with a "hate crime" if one were to physically attempt to intervene. Which is what they are attempting to create here in the US with hate crime laws.
Let's suppose: if you are a white guy being assaulted by a black guy, and you are able to beat the crap out of him, what are the odds of being charged with a hate crime? 50/50 at best and probably 70/30 that you will be charged if you utter any words as you defend yourself, and a near certainty if you use any sort of epithet.

Notice, the sadness of the event can be understood even from listening to a song in an unknown language.
Contrast that to the emotions that can be conveyed by listening to rap.
Maybe the European men have their senses dulled by listening to rap, which, of course, is the agenda behind rap.
I don’t say “rap music” because that is a contradiction in terms.
