Hillary Clinton’s Criminal Indictment Looms…
DC Whispers ^ | 1/7/2015 | DC Whispers

Posted on 01/07/2016 9:41:46 AM PST by Signalman

Talk of a possible indictment against former Obama Secretary of State and current Democrat presidential frontrunner, Hillary Clinton have swirled for months.

Whispers now indicate that over the last forty-eight hours that talk has turned very-very serious and it has the Clinton Machine scrambling to prevent what would be a historic political collapse not seen since the days of Nixon.

The numbers are already daunting - 1200 classified documents were found with Mrs. Clinton's unsecured personal emails, a direct violation of federal law.

That number doesn't even include the many more emails the FBI has been pulling from Clinton's hard drives and it is the information upon those "hidden" emails that has the entirety of the Clinton campaign, "bracing for impact."

FBI Director James Comey, already dealing with an often testy working relationship with the Obama administration, has been dutifully silent regarding the still ongoing investigation. Rumors are now increasing over a now-pending recommendation from the FBI that charges be filed against Hillary Clinton.

A trusted D.C. Whispers source indicated the following regarding the Hillary Clinton classified information scandal:

"If this were anyone else but Hillary Clinton, those charges would already have been filed and the prosecution would be moving forward. Mrs. Clinton knows this. She's exhausted by it. She's out of her mind with worry over it. Every possible favor the Clintons have at their disposal is being used to keep this thing under wraps. Don't forget, Attorney General Loretta Lynch owes her career to Bill Clinton. The Clintons are aware of every detail of her past, including those areas not known by the public. If Mrs. Lynch neglects to pursue a case against Hillary Clinton following a recommendation by the FBI, you'll know that card was played."

Further speculation has suggested that if Attorney General Lynch refuses to file formal charges against Hillary Clinton, it will cause ripples within the FBI that could then lead to all out revolt. Former U.S. attorney, Joe DiGenova recently said this regarding the matter:

"I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable..."

DEVELOPING...

Any bets on how much the presidential pardon will cost?

I don't believe there will be any indictments.

Might be like Waterwater, where people around her will be indicted and convicted but she will somehow emerge unscathed.

You can see the movement in the news days prior to this obvious FBI leak through a retired U.S attorney.

1. The article stating that Hillary exploited a loophole — sets up the narrative that they did nothing wrong, just used the good old Clinton brain trust that it’s our fault.

2. The talk about the Clinton aide that took the 5th, is now refusing to produce documents under the 5th. This looks like the fall guy.

3. Leon Panetta endorses Hillary Clinton the week he’ll be re-visit the Benghazi panel.

The FBI and DOJ are firmly in Obama’s corrupt pocket. I stand more of a chance of being indicted for Hillary’s e-mails.

I’m no Nixon fan, but don’t forget that in the aftermath of the 1960 election, when there were so many instances of voter fraud and “irregularities”, especially in Chicago and West Virginia, Nixon opted not to take it to court to save the country from the pain and embarrassment of a corrupt election.

is Warren able to even make it on the ballots for Dem primaries in all states?

Irrelevant.

The President is elected by 270 (or more) Electors chosen by the State Legislatures, who are free to adopt any method of choice to their liking (including voting by citizens).

If 270 (or more) Democrat electors are chosen in November 2016, in December 2016 they can elect anybody the damn well please. I have no doubt it would please them right well to elect Elizabeth Warren.

The head of the FBI seems to be fairly independent, which is good. However, the FBI can’t indict anybody, in this case the Atty General will have to sign off. That won’t happen. Regardless of the evidence, no Democrat is going to indict the leading Presidential candidate.

Split the charges in two parts. The first part should be of less serious charges and could be issued soon. The other charges remain under investigation for now. If the first indictment is quashed by Obama issuing a pardon or the attorney general refusing to bring charges the second indictment can be issued on 21 Jan 17. No Obama, no Lynch. Could be Hillary or Bernie. But I am hoping for a Republican victory. Then gloves could come off (but probably won’t, knowing the GOPe).

If Hillary has to drop out, Biden or Gore will step up.

No way they go with Sanders.

Biden already regrets not running. This could be his second chance.

If it happens, which I doubt.

For Democrats, convictions along with tape recordings and video as well as prison sentence does not negatively affect their immediate or future political aspirations.

Minor correction...

All copies of the birth certificate in the Clintons possession, the video deposition of the Kenyan doctor who delivered Obama, and the diary of Madelyn Payne Dunham which the Clinton's have in a safe deposit box.

“...to prevent what would be a historic political collapse not seen since the days of Nixon.”

That might have been true decades ago, but no longer applies to this populace.

Would that give Loony Sanders the DNC nomination ?

No. they are setting up the duck to recruit Joe Biden. His statement yesterday that he regrets not running is the opening for him to be honorably accept his recruitment when the DNC decides its time to take down the Witch. The Witch may not know shes being played, but I think this has been the DNC plan all along. I expect it to happen late spring or early summer.

Biden acts dumb but he is far from an idiot. He is a crook and crafty politician and will be tough to beat if he creates excitement for the Dem base.

Huma, Mills, and perhaps a few others, including the IT guy who took the Fifth, will be indicted for removing classified markings and mishandling classified information. These offenses will be trumped up to the benefit of Hillary, whose “mistakes” will pale in comparison. No recommendation for indictment, let alone an actual indictment for Hillary will come out of this. The indictments against the others will lead to nothing, or maybe minor convictions with minimal or no prison time.

“I predict Lynch will not prosecute, and there will be a big shake-up in the FBI.”

Was thinking the same thing, with this talk of the FBI revolting, I can see massive layoffs to the FBI coming, and there will nary be a peep from the MSM
