I can predate this 2012 interview of Cruz advocating a border wall with a video from 2011 of Cruz on the border wall.

If Trump wants to start falsifying the reason behind Cruz's amendments in the Gang of 8 Bill the way Rubio did, he should be prepared to be taken to task for it the way Levin and Rush did Rubio.

Supporters would be hard pressed to admit they’d volunteerily work with / for reality show loud mouth or hire him to manage their money.
