Cruz has a Canadian birth certificate so that isn’t an issue. He was born in Canada.
In fact he got his Canadian citizenship absolved back in 2014 I think was the year.

So Cruz has a canadian birth certificate. If his PARENTS were not American citizens at his birth, according to the Constitution, it’s a no go for me.
