VertiGo wheeled robot isn't stopped by walls

Although they aren't as common as flying drones, we are seeing an increasing number of wall-climbing robots. What isn't so common, however, are devices like the VertiGo, which both drives on the ground and climbs up walls. Its climbing ability is particularly impressive, as it can even tackle walls with rough, uneven surfaces.

The thought of that is hysterical. Visions of Fried Green Tomatoes or WALL-E.

It needs larger fans to suck drones in and particularize them.

The military should use these to tote heavy materials from one site to the other. They were provided a much larger four legged robot for this purpose, but that robot was judged as far too noisy, and prone to revealing the soldier’s position.

Sorry, but that’s not a wall-climbing anything. It’s a drone with steerable wheels.
