Guess we shouldn't have blamed the SS either then? After all they were just helpless victims carrying out orders. And Hitler never killed anyone; he was only giving orders!

No, they ARE NOT forced.
“Just following orders” was rejected as an excuse.
But, they will act and violate rights, and the consequences may fall. They will be deserving.

"evidence of recent acquisition of firearms, ammunition or other deadly weapons." Does this mean that some liberal hacktivist can stake out a gun store or counter at walmart and then say follow a purchaser to their car get the license plate and basically SWAT them?

Californians need to play dirty, like the liberals, with this. Report politicians, their armed security, and police chiefs. Have the law ruthlessly enforced on the politicians. Do it legally but do it.

Guess I'm OK then, I lost all my legally purchased firearms in that abandoned desert mine accident.

Sounds like a bonanza for lawyers to me.
Everyone whose forearms are confiscated will hire a lawyer.

I like you, but you’re wrong on this one.

You really don't think that "police break down your door and ransack your home looking for your guns" could have best been written as "police knock on your door with a warrant to search your home for firearms"...?
I would expect to see the original language on a rabid Lefty anti-gun site.

lots of cops enjoy it. plus when they go into your house, dont think they wont be looking for anything else they can string you up on. this is a pretext to go on a fishing expedition without any evidence except heresay from an unknown to you other party.

yes but there needs to be ways for wrongly accused to prove it quickly against vengeful, lying people trying to swat them. when they don’t put these safeguards in, there is no balance between personal security and public safety. heresay is not enough. same thing with rape accusations, no serious consequences. if you don’t put mechanisms in to punish deliberate abusers that will play the system to ruin someone, there’s no balance.
this law has no balance. neither do false rape claims. or bad parent accusations, no strong recourse for destroying people’s lives and reputations and spending tens of thousands to get property back or visitation rights back, or fix reputations.

Cue the namby pamby jokes about losing them in a boating accident in 3...2...1In Nazi Germany, if they came looking for your guns and you couldn't produce them, they'd just burn your house down. Problem solved.

I would expect to see the original language on a rabid Lefty anti-gun site. The reason the left and the right are beginning to sound the same is that it is NOT about Left Vs. Right.
It is about Globalist/Elitist Vs. Everyone Else.

Bingo. The oligarchy is not willing to give up their power and money, and they are moving to set themselves at the top of the heap permanently.
