OK, that can work two ways. If you become aware of any lib who owns a firearm, "ask" that it be confiscated from them. After all, they HATE us!
Then you are required to prove you're not a public menace to get your guns back.
How do they prove a negative? All you have to do is show that they are politically active and therefore a danger to the community! Politically active conservatives are viewed that way and turn-about is fair play.
All without bearing false witness, too.
