Does anyone ever get a gun back from the government once said government takes it? Suppose you cap a thief in your house, do they take your gun during the “investigation”?

They do take your weapon even if you’ve shot an intruder. Until the case is cleared, you do not get it back.

The more a liberal state gets rid of the second amendment, the more that state begins to resemble the same Mexico that illegals are fleeing due to crime and corruption of the government.

Don’t attack the cops carrying this out...they are forced to.
Now, the judges authorizing it...that is a different story.
Make them worry.
A lot.
To: conservativejoy

A police officer needs to know when to say to his bosses:
"...This is both unconstitutional and wrong. I won't do it..."

When the police break down your door and ransack your home looking for your guns, they're required to provide you this notice: So...this new law requires police to break down your door and ransack your home? I'd have thought they might try knocking on the door first. Especially since they know the person in the home is likely armed.
Sela T. could have toned the foaming-at-the-mouth thing a little bit.
