Hitler has only got one ball

The way I heard it was: "Hitler had only one big ball," but I guess during the war the British couldn't even make that concession.

The other version was "Hitler had only one left ball," which raises other questions. If Hitler had possessed two left testicles would that have solved his problem or would he still have suffered from not having had the right one?
