He tripped and fell and accidentally penetrated her?? How likely is this??? Certain parts have to line up just so, the male needs to be excited enough to perform, and the female has to be in a position where she could accommodate a male. And both have to be in a state of undress enough so that certain areas are exposed to each other. This seems too far fetched.
