Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Registration (Dec 21 deadline)
FAA.GOV ^ | 12/14/15 | FAA

If you own a drone, you must register it with the Federal Aviation Administration's Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) registry. A federal law effective December 21, 2015 requires unmanned aircraft registration, and you are subject to civil and criminal penalties if you do not register.

Another new law used to control the law abiding citizens that those with nefarious intent will certainly ignore. They want the tax-without-a-tax money; that's all they really care about.

Pigeons weigh more than 250 grams so this new law requires them to register.

Your government at work for you! Particularly, I liked the notion that if a drone weighs more than two sticks of butter it needs to be registered!!! Are these people freaking lunatics??????? I as a long-time law-abiding citizen have to register my model aircraft that I use as a hobby and illegal aliens do not have to register a damned thing? This country is lost........

Watch the center fuel tanks on the 55lb plus models. They are after all still pushing the center fuel tank explosion that brought TWA 800 down.. Never duplicated and laughed at by pilots, investigators and folks in the know. Just another gubmint lie they keep pushing. Screw eye witnesses.

This is not just for drones, it is for all R/C aircraft.
