Washington (CNN)Donald Trump has hit a new milestone in national polling, garnering 41% of the Republican vote in a new national poll.
Trump is at 41% in a Monmouth University poll out Monday, holding a wide advantage over his GOP challengers. His support was up from 28% in October.
In second was the rising Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, at 14%; followed by Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, at 10%. Ben Carson was at 9%, down 9 points from October, and all other candidates were in the low single digits.

How did Trump and Rush fall out? Did I miss something?
So, are you listening? He’s very suspect about Trump’s multiple left-wing tactics. Attack Cruz about not working with Democrats. Attack Scalia, etc. Not thrilled to hear it. Also wasn’t thrilled when he attacked Walker in the same way with radical leftist bullcrap. I am very open to Trump, but there are moments where I question that.
Is this the first national poll done entirely after Trump started the whole uproar?
yeah wonder what Limbaugh has to say about Cruz insinuating to insiders that Trump and Carson couldn’t be trusted with the nuclear button?

I heard that today. Not sure what to make of his comments yet. Give Rush a little time. Trump does have to be careful with the polling games his campaign is playing.

In this climate, they can not ride the primary out from a sitting position on razor wire, pretending no opinion.

The Republicans are going with TRUMP out here on the ground and have been for months.
Really? I’m listening to him and he hasn’t said anything negative about Trump. He didn’t agree with him calling Cruz “a maniac,” but that does not mean he lost him. He’s now talking about how Trump’ll beat Hillary.
LoL. No, not in 2nd hour, Rush pivoted back to Trump.
