They Used a Scrapped Plot from Halo 1 when Cortana was going to go Crazy thinking should could take over the Galaxy using the Halo Rings... somehow.
But they shoehorned that ditched idea for Halo 5.

Microsoft is offering Cortana (somewhat crippled -- the article calls it lobotomized) for iOS devices. Does anyone think they will install it on their iPhones or iPads? -- PING!
