The Syrian government said on Monday four warplanes from the U.S.-led coalition had targeted a Syrian army camp in Deir Ezzor province on Sunday, killing three soldiers and wounding 13 more, calling the incident an act of aggression.
The jets fired nine missiles at the camp on Sunday evening, Syria's foreign ministry said in a statement flashed on state television.
It is the first publicly declared incident of its type since the United States and allied countries began bombing Islamic State in Syria more than a year ago.

In general, systematic bombing of a country’s territory, without government permission, could be considered an act of war. In particular, killing government soldiers in one of those bombings is certainly an act of war.
I would love to see the Syrians bring this up in front of the UN. “The United States of America has suddenly and deliberately attacked the land forces of the legitimate government of Syria. The United States was at peace with Syria and, at the solicitation of Syria, was still in conversation with its government looking toward the maintenance of peace in the region.” If the terrorist thug ruling our country is going to try to pick which terrorist thugs rule another country, he should pay a personal price in the court of public opinion for that interference. That confirms it was a US airstrike. Under the latest 0bama ROE, US air forces have a developed a CHS policy. As in Can’t Hit “Stuff”.
Previous example was bombing for 18 months without hitting one of the many tanker truck convoys with hundreds of trucks in each.

2. Nine missiles fired likely 8 of which hit nothing $$$$$$$$
Three dead islamists and maybe thirteen wounded.
This is not serious those killed and wounded was probably an accident, (some airmen will be prosecuted for violating rules of engagement) talk to me when one sortie kills 3,000 then 30,000, then 300,000 on and on like that bombing the entire islamic middle east, then send every islamist in the civilized world back to clean up the pig sty and to remember never mess with the U.S.
