And for those of you conservatives who live in the states being battered by ice and snow storms this and onto next week, you can't help but laugh at Obama,Kerry and Gore. And where are they this week as many states are getting an early winter storm? Well Obama is in Paris to probably avoid the press. God forbid the President and/or "Genius John Kerry" get asked about how Global Warming is causing this unprecedented November Blizzard Weather !!

Just got off the phone with my grandson who lives on a ranch between Amarillo and Lubbock and he said the same thing. He did add that he hoped they brought their ice skates with them.

Well, as for snow cover, your map is somewhat incorrect.
The lower mainland and lower Vancouver Island have ZERO snow. None, zero, nada, rien.
It is pretty damned COLD, though. Hard frosts for the last week plus.
It’s 4 degrees below freezing as I type this.
While a few degrees below don’t seem like much to those who live in the snowbelt, I can tell you that minus 5 at 70% humidity feels FAR colder than -20 @ 5%. Really.
