Here’s something I know some of you will like by the late great David Ruffin of the Temptations. It was filmed live a year or two before his unexpected death. The group behind him are not members of the Tempts. He had been out of the group for decades prior. I suggest turn up the volume!

BB was amazing. You could be in a room blindfolded with 1000 guitarist and confidently say “That’s BB” when he starts playing. Not sure I could say that about any other picker.

Great performance. I like the version by Louis Jordan & His Tympany Five which came out at the end of 1946.
