Big businesses can delay, but not avoid eventually installing the updates. Well, unless they run the Long Term Servicing Branch (LTSB), and then they do not get any updates they do not want. Complete control.
I upgraded to th2--10586 last week. All went well and actually fixed a few minor issues like disksnapshot.exe popping up and losing my OneDrive Sync tool in the notification area.
I'm as pleased as I was when I first used 10.

LTSB means you get security updates and bug fixes, but no feature updates, and no Edge browser -- you only get Internet Exploder. I don't consider that a good trade, unless you've got massive customer-written enterprise applications that require IE to run.
