Carly reminds me of a couple of women bosses I worked under. I suppose there is some added pressure for these women to prove themselves, but they end up sounding shrill and condescending. Carly is like that. In an effort to prove herself worthy of the presidency, she has become aggressive rather than assertive. This attitude just would not serve her well as president.
I wouldn’t even mind that if she offered substantial solutions. She doesn’t.

A lot of females in the workplace are like that; they have never become comfortable with power, and never understood how to wield it.

Well put. Small people usually turn to this tactic.... see the current WH occupant.
IMO, a good leader is assertive: "We're going to do this."
A small, trivial person is aggressive: "We're going to do this because I say so, and I'm the one in charge, here."
Biiiiiiig difference, people generally follow the former and mock the latter.
