Nov. 12
Buffalo Bills at New York Jets 8:25 Rex Ryan returns to the city (well, New Jersey) to face his old team. Jets were looking good three weeks ago, now not so strong. Inconsistent is the adjective I would apply to both these teams. But the Jets have the better D and are at home. JAY - EEE - TEE - ESS! Jets Jets Jets!
Nov. 15
Jacksonville Jaguars at Baltimore Ravens 1 Did the Ravens win last week? They didn't lose - they had a bye! And the Jags... Ravens season is lost, way too far behind the Bengals, even way too far behind the Steelers. Playing for pride? They will show some against the Jags. Ravens.
Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers 1 Suddenly the Packers don't look so great having dropped two in a row. Okay, the opponents were both unbeaten, and they had to play on the road. But.... regardless, whom whould you most like to play in this situation? The Lions answer that question nicely. Packers.
Miami Dolphins at Philadelphia Eagles 1 Eagles seem to have corrected some early season confusion. Maybe they're coming together? Maybe not, but they're together enough to beat the Phish in Philly. Philadelphia Eagles win.
Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers 1 Is Big Ben hurt again? Don't know.... But the Browns are still the Browns. Steelers.
Chicago Bears at St. Louis Rams 1 Twice this season so far I thought the Rams had turned a corner, then they turned around and lost a game they should have won. And twice this season I have thought the Bears dead, but they have climbed off the canvas and won. Rams have more to play for though..... Rams.
Dallas Cowboys at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1 Here the Cowboys can stop that losing streak. The 'Boys still have a good shot at the playoffs with a win here and getting Romo back. Cowboys!
Carolina Panthers at Tennessee Titans 1 The unbeaten Panthers have shown they're the class of the NFC to this point of the season. I don't think they'll stumble against the raw Titans. Panthers.
New Orleans Saints at Washington Redskins 1 Just when I thought the Saints were getting it together, they stumbled at home. But it's nice to see the Redskins on your calendar. Saints.
Minnesota Vikings at Oakland Raiders 4:05 the surprising Raiders at home versus the even-more surprising Vikings. Despite my misgivings about taking a Midwest team traveling to the coast for a game, I'm not ready to concede the Raiders are that good. Vikings.
Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos 4:25 KC should have beaten the Broncos first time they met (should've would've could've.... none of that counts I know). This time they get it done. KAN - SAS CITY! Chiefs!
New England Patriots at New York Giants 4:25 The Pats may have a problem with the Giants in the Super Bowl, but they don't have any problem in the regular season. Pats!
Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks* 8:30 Sea-Hags face almost a must-win with a division rival they trail, playing at home. However..... playing in Seattle has lost a bit of the intimidation factor. I like the Cards in a low scoring match. Cardinals.
Nov. 16
Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals 8:30 Could the Bungles stumble against the middling (I won't say lowly!) Texans? At home? When they're on a winning streak the likes of which their franchise has never known? No! They will not! Andy Dalton the Bengals prevail. Bengals!
There you go Bendy! I've picked the 'Boys to win!
May they go 0-12 for the next 100 years.
Here here!!
New “Color Rush” uniforms in play tonight. Merry Christmas. The Bills are threatening a red rout.
The Bills and I are exactly the same age. They have always been blue. True Blue. Where the HELL they get red from, is beyond me. This smells too gimmicky to me. S-can these uniforms ASAP.
Republicans were never associated with red either until the media decreed it in 2000.
This is the new thing for Thursday night football. They look wrong. I bet the Bears will be in creamcicle orange, that’s gonna suck.
The colorblind are pissed off.
Doesn’t the NFL test these things?
Bills win. Awesome game. Bills sucked just a tiny bit less.
Prophetic!
The guys who designed Oregon's uniforms and Boise State's stadium must have moved to the NFL. Do they really think this enhances the viewing experience?
It’s all about more Chinese made sh*t to sell.
Looked it up, and about 6% of men have red-green color blindness. That basically made the game unwatchable for those guys. Another NFL marketing fail.
I just don’t “get” those uniforms.
San Diego will not lose this week.
Garish, even for Mardi Gras costumes.
Home underdogs to BYU, Missouri came back to win, 20-16. Boo.
