If Harvey, DeGrom and Syndegaard can’t carry the team home, they will fail. Their bullpen stinks.
Bill Buckner got off the hook in 2004 when they came back from 0-3 against the Yankees, then won the World Series. The Red Sox fans were so magnanimous at that point, that all sins, dating back to the sale of Babe Ruth in 1920, were forgiven.

I will root for the Mets tonight. An old, and dear friend is a Met fan, and I like World Series’ to go six or seven games. Rooting for Royals overall.
I will reconsider. The High Falls Brewing Company, of Rochester, NY, will be so relieved.
