Now keep in mind, for the last 18 to 24 months, the "Leftist MSM" had already declared Jeb Bush "The Chosen Won". Then about a year or so ago, we see those NBC/CNN/ABC, etc. polls showing Jeb Bush way ahead of any potential candidates. But all of us here at The Free Republic already knew Jeb was never going to even come close to winning. And look at where he is today, as well as the last six months. Maybe 5 per-cent?. Now we have Hillary, and since the start of the campaign season, the MSM has already declared Hillary the overall winner next fall. There's no one out there that will even come close to taking out Hillary? Hmm, Really?
I’m not holding my breath on Hilary leaving. It seems less likely now than a few weeks ago. Leaving the Bengazi Hearings with nothing but a numb pair of buttocks from sitting so long does nothing to keep her away from the prize either.
And not ONE question about Carter Ham and the stand-down. Not ONE. Nor the many CIA agents threatened if they disclose.
and remember how accurate the media was in November 2014?
The media exists to shape opinions, to control or influence what people feel or believe. It has little or nothing to do with actual reality except where they are forced to or it doesn’t matter. We know they are lying ideologues with a very different reality or set of beliefs - after that, what else matters?
Well, on the Democrat side, it’s down to Hillary, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O’Malley.
Hillary has gained support in recent polls.
Bernie will have strong showings in Iowa and New Hampshire, but, after that, many people think that Hillary will start to win other states, which in turn will cause O’Malley and Bernie to drop out.
In the general election, any Democrat has well over 200 of the 270 electoral votes for election already penciled in and counted on. There’s no way a Republican carries any New England state, New York, Illinois, any state on the west coast, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, and maybe a few others.
Hillary may get the nomination but she won’t get the ultimate prize. There are enough independents and a smattering of Democrats who want no part of her and Bill going back to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
All we have to do is help the GOP make sure loser Jeb is the nominee.
Wait, here comes Reince ... he does not look happy.
I hope you are right.
I heard a poll showed Trump getting 25% of the black vote in a general election. If any Republican could get 25% of the black vote, that would be enough to flip a few states with big cities/big black populations, such as Michigan and Illinois to the GOP.
Obama won two elections due in part to great excitement among certain groups who tend to support Democrats. That excitement will not exist for Hillary. I seriously doubt many conversative/moderate/independent/Republican women would vote for Hillary just to elect a woman president.
I would love to see a woman president someday, just not this woman.
What about vote fraud: voting more than once, "lost votes" (especially military votes), "found votes" (ballot box stuffing), illegals voting because they don't have to be citizens to register or present evidence of same at the polling place, machines rigged to always vote Dem... Have I missed anything?
Good Post.
The MSM is now deciding how fast their downfall will be.
Rush has been talking about this for years.
I still retain hopes, slim though they are, that the FBI will do its duty. Then it’ll be up to the JUST US department which is another story completely.
One of the obvious issues that few seem to recognize is that people are more likely to respond to a telephone poll than they are to go to the polls and vote - less than half of us vote so polling is not always an accurate predictor of what happens on election day.
They got it wrong about Hellory in 2008 as well.
