A World Net Daily article (is) claiming that fearful Europeans are making a run on their local gun stores in response to the flood of young, mostly male Muslim “refugees†that are flooding into Europe in what many see as nothing more or less than an invasion.
A Czech TV report confirms that long guns – shotguns and rifles – have been flying off the shelves in Austria, and Austrians who haven’t already purchased a gun may not have a chance to get one for some time. They’re all sold out.
And those arming themselves are primarily women.
“If anyone wants to buy a long gun in Austria right now, too bad for them,†the Czech newscaster says. “All of them are currently sold out.â€
“We cannot complain about lack of demand,†Stephen Mayer, a gun merchant, told Trioler Tageszeitung.
He claims the stock has been sold out for the last three weeks and that demand is being fueled by fears generated by social changes.
“People want to protect themselves,†Mayer said. “Nonetheless, the most common purchasers of arms are primarily Austrian women.â€
They are also buying pepper sprays, which Mayer said are in big demand among those who can’t get a gun.
Alan Gottlieb, executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, said he recently returned from a gun rights event in Europe, where he sensed a change in attitude toward firearms.
“I just returned from a gun rights meeting in Belgium, and I can attest that all over Europe people now want the means to defend themselves,†Gottlieb told WND. “Self-defense is no longer a dirty word. In countries like Austria, where it is still legal to own a firearm, gun sales are at record levels

America should never again send troops to save Europe. IMO
Let Europe deal with whatever they’ve allowed to come about.

The toughest man in mind and soul, with the largest military closest to the turmoil in the middle east, is Putin. He will subdue Syria and he could be the one who, through power of his military, promises peace and security if everyone leaves the battlefields and go home. Then, he rules the world, including us as Obama will go with the Muslim/Putin rule.
If Hillary becomes president, nothing changes. If a Republican becomes president, it will take time to rebuild the military and perhaps Putin, through a threat of nuclear bombs, could stop that.
That is a worst case scenario, but perhaps it not out of the realm of possibility. I do think someone in the middle east is going to fulfill Biblical prophecy; it has to happen and we are watching it happen as we sit home with all our goods and live a normal life - for the time being.
You and I are just two people, but we can pray for our own safety and the safety of our country (for the country to turn back to God) and the safety of all Christians around the world who are being persecuted and killed. Never in my long life did I think I would see prophecy coming true to this extent.
I have to agree with you.
Back in the 80’s there was a LOT of stuff about end times prophecy, but what was happening in the world scenario didn’t come close to fulfilling prophecy as we are seeing now.

The last time, I was on a ski trip and over dinner the entire table, except one guy who had lived in the United States, just grilled us and ridiculed us. They told us they couldn't imagine having to live a life where you felt it was necessary to carry a gun to the gas station or to buy groceries. Well, now they are eating those words, sorry to say.
