During an appearance on Fridays CBS This Morning to promote her latest book, far-left feminist Gloria Steinem eagerly blamed Rush Limbaugh for making the word feminism a bad word because he talks about feminazis everyday.
Co-host Norah ODonnell teed up Steinem to bash Limbaugh by noting the Meryl Streep doesn't consider herself a feminist. She says she considers herself a humanist. Why is it that the feminist label do you think has that--" bad connotation?
After Steinem bashed Limbaugh for allegedly making the word feminism a bad word she then claimed that most Americans actually identify as feminists themselves:
But if people just go to the dictionary and discover that it means a person, male or female, who believes in the full equality of women and men then they do subscribe to it. And it is a majority now which it didnt used to be.

Now THAT’S funny!
If the Birkenstocks fit, Gloria...
More like she’s responsible given her looks.
He woowind it!
Wonder what she did with her Playboy Bunny outfit and white tail? Femanazi!
Heh heh heh! Rush is right!
And yous can take dat all da way to da BANK!!!!
Too bad she didn’t mention his other feminism quote: it’s a way for ugly women to get power! Wonder why she didn’t bring that one up.
Remember when feminism used to not be all about abortion?
A guy on AM radio
Of course he did.
I’ll listen to her on this as soon as she laments homosexuals ruining the word gay.
Gloria was raised by an angry divorced mother who railed against men. It was considered a great betrayal by the Feminazis when Gloria married a man late in life. I wonder where that bunny tail is, too - bet she still has it.
I blame Gloria Steinhem for ruining the world....there
Wrong, Ms. Gloria...it is the BEHAVIOR and ATTITUDE of you Feminazis that ruined feminism. When it went from equal opportunity and equal pay for equal work to “kill the baby at any cost”, you ruined it.
Actually, man-hating, pro-infanticide, whining womyn ruined feminism.
Christianity was the true liberation for sinners of all stripes: men, women, slaves, slave-owners, Jews, Gentiles, etc.
And Jesus Christ remains the answer today. Not the Jesus Christ of liberation theology or the one of Aristotelian works but the one taught in the Gospels and the rest of the New Testament.
I'll agree with her!
The actual quote is "Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society." Undeniable Truths of Life, #24.
