I thought when Ted Cruz was attacking the Supreme Court appoints of Bush Sr. and Bush Jr., he was making a substantive argument about picking genuine conservatives and fighting for them as opposed to picking those easier to get past the Senate’s nomination process. After all, a lot has happened since Roberts was appointed to the court as he’s turned out to be a disaster and this is definitely something worth pointing out.
But apparently to Rove that was almost criminal, especially since Cruz didn’t include Reagan’s appointment in his criticism.
This was, by the way, his defense of George W. Bush going after Cruz when asked about it on Fox News this morning:

They don’t seem to be nearly as worried about Trump as they are Cruz. It is like they have a plan for Trump, but are panicking over Cruz.
Trump is a billionaire so they instinctively suck up to him. Cruz was a mere underling, and that utterly appalls them.
...and if they start on Trump, he will wipe them off the map....that man has information on people...you don’t get to where he is in life without it....
The Bush Oligarchy must have figured that Ted Cruz is the biggest threat to their rule.

Or maybe Bush has dirt on Trump to be released at later date and they can’t figure out how to keep Cruz from benefiting from the fall out.
Trump is doing to the GOPe what the rats do to the GOPe. Using Alinsky tactics knowing full well the the GOPe are too afraid to do anything out of fear they will not be liked.
America is sick of likability. They had 8 years of Obama being liked and adulated by the media. It’s time to get someone in there who will kick our opponents behinds, both domestically and foreign.
Trust me they have looked under every rock in the universe on Trump, and can’t find anything that sticks....but they haven’t on the Bush Family or Jebbie wouldn’t have been running.....
