What a sec...are you suggesting that it’s TOO HOT in Mexico to grow cilantro?

Well, I don’t know where in Mexico they grow it ;-)

Not all of Mexico is all-hot-all-the-time...

Problem with cilantro is keeping it from turning black in a day’s time.

I discovered that cilantro seems to keep longer with a sliced raw onion in the ziploc.

Must have cilantro for good salsa.
