Fans are praying for Tommy Chong, of “Cheech & Chong” fame, as he faces his latest battle with cancer.
The marijuana maven who created best-selling stoner comedy albums and eight movies with partner Cheech Marin could barely stand last weekend at the Las Vegas Hempfest, where he was given a lifetime achievement award.
Chong, 77, announced three years ago he’d been stricken with cancer. But a month later, he tweeted that a hemp oil treatment was working and that he was “99 percent cancer-free.”

That's about when I saw him at an event in Hollywood. He didn't mention cancer at all, he did talk about his project of doing an animated Cheech and Chong movie.
Well, that goes without saying.

I wonder if he stopped taking the cbd oil. I have read other cases where the cbd oil trestments cause a remission but the cancer comes back when the patient or animal stops being given the cbd oil. Also when it comes back and the person/animal starts taking cbd oil again, sometimes the cancer is more resistant to it.
Great thing about cbd oil is its not thc, so you dont get high, but get pain relief and anti inflammatory help, and anticancer fighting help.

According to ABC, he’s battling rectal cancer. Nasty business.
Hmmm, I just read online that it is prostate cancer. Well, whatever it is, it isn’t good.

To many FReepers, CBD is close enough to cannabis in their minds that it elicits an automatic negative response.
And that’s just sad.
Personally I am a big fan of many components in cannabis, especially the terpenes. They warrant further study IMO.
Myrcine, linalool, limonene, and beta-caryophylene all have major health benefits.
