Am I reading this wrong or is the T-Bill rate for 13 weeks a negative? I went here when reading the 90 day T-Bill rate is zero.

This is news that affects everyone yet no one covers.
Its safer to keep your money in a coffee can buried in the back yard.
One of the things on the list for the coming war on cash is a transaction tax (say 5%) for all purchases made in cash.
Negative interest rates are now a given. US = Europe
Note also that the buyers of these zero interest t bills are paying $100 for the privilege.
Why are we tolerating this crap?
What gives any of us peasant serf’s the right to question the Public Masters?
I like to pay cash only in life.
It does not come back to bite you.
Ammo up! Buy ammo.
First time in decades.
In decades? O don’t doubt you but I cannot find the last time it was zero or negative in the US market; help?
1) I got cable, unemployment, EBT & an XBox. News? What's that? I'm voting for Bernie 'cause I'm not getting my fair share.
or
2) I got a job (or 2 or 3), a mortgage, car payments, credit card payments and an electric bill that doubled this year. I don't get a newspaper, only get 20 minutes of news a day from MSM along with 30 second ad spots on the radio on the way to work. I don't know what 0% T bills even means. Being a low info voter I assume it's good because I think it means those rich jerks aren't making a bunch of money off of me.
or
3) I'm one of the 15% who not only knows what's going on, but I actually understand how the shell game works. No one in any capitol gives a damn what I think. They do everything they can to shut me up and marginalize me.
