"If charges would be filed". Would there be any hesitation about filing charges if the assailant were not a police officer?

He should have. It is a tough job that have. And last but not least, who are those peons telling us, the gods of the universe, anything. They do not tell us anything, we tell them. The old man was fortunate he wasn’t shot.

What if he
WAS drunk? What if he was a big, young, drunk? Does that justify brutalizing
anyone that?
This cop is a psycho. When stuff like this happens they should get tested for drugs/steroids.

Cpl Scott Hedrick beat someone old enough to be his father!
We’re a sick society when a police officer doesn’t show respect to an older person. Even if they’re wrong, they still deserve respect.
Someone who doesn’t know that needs to be shown the door of the police department they work at.

I don’t see in this reports where off-duty officer Scott Hedrick identified himself as police officer before making making demands and roughing up the 70 yr old man stroke patient.

Would there be any hesitation about filing charges if the assailant were not a police officer? All he has to do is claim that he thought his life or the lives of bystanders was threatened and he walks.

How many crazed cop stories have come out of Columbia, MO?

If it had been a white cop against a black man, an illegal, or Hispanic, then Jessie and Al would have a riot going ‘bout now.

Cases like THIS explain why when BLM bums attack cops, now some middle-class, law-abiding people do not care.
Because the music, tattoos and above all the BEHAVIOR of cops and gangsters is more and more similar.
