Apple patents RING wearable device for receiving calls, with voice control, health sensors, screen. haptics, camera, more. Funny thing, I just finished re-reading Robert A. As a jeweler, I’m all too aware of the all-too-often when it is needed to make ANY ring larger or smaller to properly fit the owner.
There are people, men AND women for whom I have resized rings TWICE a year, acomadate finger changes during hot or cold seasons. This is not to even mention ring sizing needed due to either weight gain or loss.
Sizing is done by cutting open the base of the shank and either WELDING in the needed addition or another cut to remove the extra.
I’m also a WATCHMAKER, and the two APPLE watches that have been brought in (rejected) have shown me the gap that Apple smarties have in their knowledge of just what human beings constantly do to that watch on their wrists.
Does this Apple ring have provisions for re-sizing????
