Dillon was also censured for not responding to customer-service requests and purposefully misdirecting calls.I used to work as a supervisor for a help desk, and one of the staff was doing this too. It was brought to my attention and I talked to him. He denied it and challenged me to prove it. I did, by sitting and listening to and documenting his calls for half a day. I fired him, and that is what this company should have done to Mr. Roboto. They would have been rid of their problem, and Dillon would have been robbed of his 15 minutes of fame.
