Arizona Governor Doug Ducey says the the suspect in the Phoenix freeway shootings has been caught.

To be upfront about this, I am NOT (repeat NOT!) giving him a pass or any excuse. That said, with what hussien has done to the Republic (especially the horrendous economy and the unending influx of criminal invaders), he may have been pushed over the edge and became irrational.
It's increasingly hard to remain level-headed as we see crisis-after-crisis in America under the current regime. Stuff like this just didn't happen during the Reagan era. That's the fruit of prosperity and peace through strength.

I started a thread on another website called "Latest drug addicted loon" and I would feature these nutbags that come out of the woodwork and shoot up a bunch of people or places. As a general rule, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that these crackpots are always on drugs, usually Marijuana.
Sometimes crack, meth, or prescription drugs, but almost always weed.
FYI.
Truth be told, I'm something of a square. My religious upbringing discouraged beverage alcohol and it was prohibited at the Christian college I attended. It's not much of a leap to also surmise that "Say Nope to Dope" has always been a principle. (Plus, when the dope became in vogue, I was already well into adulthood).
I do realize that there's a pro-dope contingent among some FReepers. But I prefer the no-nonsense stance taken by President and Nancy Reagan. I fully support the war on drugs but the Republic needs to get much more serious about it.
