Truth be told, I'm something of a square. My religious upbringing discouraged beverage alcohol and it was prohibited at the Christian college I attended. It's not much of a leap to also surmise that "Say Nope to Dope" has always been a principle. (Plus, when the dope became in vogue, I was already well into adulthood).
I do realize that there's a pro-dope contingent among some FReepers. But I prefer the no-nonsense stance taken by President and Nancy Reagan. I fully support the war on drugs but the Republic needs to get much more serious about it.
Libertarians. Little children who have yet to grow up and gain enough understanding to deal with a real world.

I feel the same way. We aren't fighting a "war" on drugs because I don't see a body count anywhere. Just a bunch of lawyer crap. If we were treating it like a "war" we would be racking up dead enemies.
