I filmed this on 9-5-15 at my parents place in down town Wheaton IL. All of the vehicles are marked UN on the doors. Why is a UN train in the Chicago area? Jade Helm?

Yes.
Even if that train was 100 miles long, the U.N would not last 24 hours in the USA where everyone is armed.
We, meaning the USA provide vehicles to the U.N. These vehicles are either going or returning from mission and probably headed to or from DEPO rebuild.
Without U.S. funding there is no United Nations.
And we should pull our funding NOW !
Troops don’t always accompany their vehicles and equipment.
