Yes.
In Germany we railheaded just about everything from Garrison down to either Graf or Hohenfels for training. When pants dropper sent us to Bosnia we railheaded to Hungary. When I was stateside with 2ACR down at Ft Polk, we road marched to Beaumont TX to put our vehicles on a boat to deploy to NTC... We railheaded back from there. Then is was bus and/or plane to meet our gear on the other end.
