That isn’t the title of the article.

Personally, I think a lot of America has gotten the taste of ‘Dead Political Class’ Blood and like it. A lot!!!

Here’s how Donald Trump closes the sale with conservatives:

And it’s 100% real because it started well before there was ever talk of him running for President and it has continued consistently over the decades.

Speaking just to the title, he’ll be missing the deal and failing afterward even if he wins, if he does not take a good studios course on the constitution

And he would have to humble himself to it

If not he will be scary to conservatives, many of whom won’t even know why they don’t like him

If he could do that he’d be a Reagan. He’s just not there

So, the advice is for Trump to engage in the most deceptive form of sophistry and manipulation.

“Vote for Donald and all your wildest dreams will come true!”

Hah.

Trump will never make a deal with me.

He thinks that the arbitrary, immoral, illicit opinions of judges are the law of the land.

That’s a coup d’etat against our Constitution and the American republican form of self-government.

I’m not supporting that, ever.

He has said these things in so many words. He has said he gave money to Democrats because he was in a Democrat city. I really see him as a person who will get the job done right-of-center, but not extremist threocratically, when he has the freedom and mandate to do the job. And he will definitely make common cause with conservatives. He is a wealthy, manifestly hetrosexual family man. I don’t see him “Identifying” with the babykillers or gender-benders to the point of believing their needs are of massive political importance as the Democrats do. He is also not going to be soft on crime. And he places very high value on a strong military and a defensive foreign policy. That’s conservative enough for me.

>> Trump can’t claim any connection to conservatism <<

Trump is the antidote to the GOPe and that is the connection to conservatives.
Trump is rude and bombastic but I find him much less offensive that JEB.

BTW when did enforcing immigration laws become just a conservative idea?

Lord’s usually better than this.

There is an unorthodox way that we could have two republican presidential nominees and a VP nominee.

Trump could hold a presser with Cruz and Carson and announce that they were running as a team.

Trump would serve two years and a day as president and then turn it over to Cruz. Cruz could then theoretically serve for 10 years 2+4+4.

This would consolidate the support for Trump, Cruz and Carson in one package.

Others could join in the fun and agree to accept various posts in the administration.

It would be a political bombshell... and it would work.

I just bet that Trump would be satisfied with two years as president and I bet strong conservatives would be pleased at the possibility of 10 years of Cruz. More moderate types would like Carson as VP.

This team would have all the cash they need to run, they would owe no favors to anyone. They could always appear together and work audiences as a team... they each have mighty skills and together they would be awesome. Cruz and Carson could help keep Trump from coming off the rails..lol

we’ll go the opposite direction and discuss how The Donald might entice the conservatives to which Deace is referring aboard his bandwagon.

When Trump overwhelmingly wins the first 4 primary/caucuses and most of the super-Tuesday ones and Cruz drops out and throws his support to the Donald, that will pretty much take care of itself.

It's certain Trump is not a Social Conservative, and in many respects he's not a Fiscal Conservative either.

But he is our last, best hope to break the stranglehold of the donor class and the Chamber of Commerce.

And I, for one, see that as the PRINCIPAL objective of the 2016 campaign.

It's either us or them.

Its interesting to imagine what if Trump was not in this race.
Would Cruz have rocketed into the lead?
Both Bush and Cruz are essentially tied at this point. Would they have split the 30%+ that is now Trumps?
