Want to live like Fred Flintstone? Even if you dont live in Bedrock, circa the Stone Age, you can get pretty close to living like Fred and Wilma without venturing too far from San Francisco.

Two things I would do:
1) Repaint the exterior to let it blend into the surrounding terrain
2) Remove that gawdawful “art” from the interior walls.

It’s amusing when a visitor sees it the first time. And they almost always call it Dino’s Doghouse or ask if the Flintstones live there. My opinion is that there’s no reason all houses have to be rectangular. (Leaving the political message aside, Malvyna Reynolds saw this a long time ago:

I remember seeing it driving up 280 to the city. I thought it was weird looking then, but seeing the inside it looks like a bad 60s acid trip.
Now I know what “butt-ugly” means.
