One by one on Thursday, Donald Trump slammed his Republican presidential rivals in a press conference about party unity.
At an event at Trump Tower in New York, Trump announced that he signed a pledge not to run as a third-party candidate, which he previously warned he would do if the Republican Party did not treat him respectfully.
Though Trump devoted much of his time to the pledge, he also dedicated a significant chunk of Thursday’s press conference to bragging about his high poll numbers and slamming his Republican rivals.
Trump took particular aim at former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R), who in recent weeks has ramped up his criticisms of Trump and labeled him a fake conservative.
“I watched him on TV this morning, and it was a bit sad,” Trump said of Bush’s attacks. “He was supposed to win, and he just doesn’t have the energy.”
Trump, who has frequently repeated his “low-energy” attack on Bush over the past few weeks, also said Bush was beholden to the donors to his campaign and the outside “super PAC” supporting his run.
“If I were him, I’d spend money on positive ads about himself,” Trump said.
Trump didn’t stop there.

Rosie O’Donnell was hardly insulted for her principles. I believe her latest squeeze is a very bloated Tatum O’Neal. By the way, Rosie IS an obnoxious blowhard. She is the same woman who said she wanted to smear her menstrual blood all over pro lifers. Please, tell me you do not support a slug like that.
The Democrat woman is Kentucky was jailed not because she was a Christian, but because she would not issue marriage licenses to gays as a Christian.
I believe she has every right to do that.
I have no problem with the woman in Kentucky for standing for her personal beliefs, but until we get new leaders who stand for religious liberty, she is going to lose this battle. She should retire and fight for a candidate who wants to guarantee liberty.

She went to jail for not doing her job duties and defying a court order that she do so.
If she cannot fulfill the legal duties of her job, she needs to be fired.
Just like the Muslim flight attendant refusing to sell alcohol on the plane.
Both need to be fired.

I hear you. He’s still doing all of the work that he needs to do with his various businesses, and campaigning for office is a new complication for him. He needs a team that focuses entirely on this new endeavor, no doubt about it.
Is he serious? Time will tell.
I can’t see Jeb doing that. He’s a petulant child.

But no reason for Trump not to frame for voters the nature of his competition—especially considering how they’re all slamming him.
