I would also like to propose another amendment that I believe would be common sense.
All articles, sections, clauses, and amendments in the Constitution are to be interpreted in their contemporary dictionary definitions.

I'm certainly not opposed to such a goal, yet it could be addressed statutorily. Congress could pass a bill that requires Scotus to use originalism in its constitutional interpretations.
My point of reference is Levin's Liberty Amendments, which refederalize, actually super-federalize the government such that power is diffused once again among the states that created the federal government in the first place.
