Full Definition of EXACERBATE transitive verb : to make more violent, bitter, or severe

I’m disappointed that not a solitary soul commented on my Mr. Spock conflation of “festinating” on yesterday’s thread. It seemed so obvious to me.

was busy yesterday and didn’t see the thread really. these are the dog days of summer with vacas etc. and people are scarce. I saw it now and yes it was spot on ; )

sorry, I have been of an apocalyptic frame of mind for a while now. xshub noted that we had pretty much exhausted my end times supply shelf and so that GUARANTEES that the end times are upon us, since the stockpiles are down! LOL!
