They said the same thing about Reagen at this stage of his campaign...and he was (eye roll) DIVORCED...we could never have a divorced as President. Whatever Trump is selling I am buying! The others in the top level are career politicians...most if them couldn’t run a MacDonalds! Compare Trump to what we have now, an incompetent community organizer ... Trump has proven he knows what to do, the others just “talk ideas”...I’ve voted for the last two GOP losers they gave me. And we got Obama as a result... and maybe have lost the country. I’m voting for the most radical fighter I can find...that is what it will take to kick out this progressive cancer and save the country. And the more he is attacked, the surer I am of my choice.
I think that's a danger....but I don't think it's calculated...I think it's more of a case where you don't need the recent convert becoming the senior pastor of the whole movement.....to use an analogy...I just don't think his over all conservative cred is what we need. Over the past 15 years, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush have been more conservative...just not at the moment.

I wonder if Trump will get a lot more Latino support than the current PTB are claiming he’ll get. Surely Latino’s see the problems around them caused by illegal criminals. Where do the illegals with criminal backgrounds go? Isn’t it into Latino neighborhoods?

The only catch is that if Mr. Trump didn’t jump in; we’d have the same go along to get along primary process with the uniparty (establishment GOPe & Marxist Globalists) manipulating, influencing candidates & public with their money & media picking the candidate. Mr. Trump isn’t owned by the uniparty. We need to rally around him.
Donald Trump was blessed with a strong, free, civilized country to grow up in.
He earned his fortune in a country that respected the Constitution and the rule of law.
He also sees that we’re a stones throw away from losing it all to some kind of theocratic communist takeover, that anyone with the power to stop it gives only token resistance.
My guess is that he can’t stand the thought of seeing his kids and grandkids grow up in that kind of America.
And, incidentally, a whole lot of other American Dads can’t stand that thought either.
We’ve bee had by the RNC the last two election. Why put up with it again?

This is actually a very interesting cycle. The race was supposed to be Bush vs Clinton. The elites on both sides had the who thing planned out.
Now Sanders to blasting Hillary’s base out from under her, and Trump is doing what Jeb can never do, selling himself to the people.
The two ruling houses actually have to fight for the nomination, and they do not like it. Get prepared for vote fraud in the primaries and the caucuses.
The feckless GOP has been doing that for years. Power and leadership seeks a populist vacuum.
You don’t know that Cruz would soar. He could polarize the presidential process as well. Trump has name recognition, and can pull votes from across party lines. Can Cruz do that? We need to do more than just elect a conservative President. We must move forward with Convention of the states.

Maybe Trump is a stalking horse for Cruz. He’s saying the same thing Cruz is but he’s in the spotlight taking the flak which he can more than handle.
