With the understanding that I will get hammered by the Trump supporters on this page, I have some questions for you about your candidate:
First, WHY do you support Trump? Is it only because he talks tough? Do you have HISTORY to prove he means what he says on this issue?
Second: Other than screaming about illegal immigration (he is right about it), talking about bombing oil fields and that Persians are smooth negotiators, WHAT other issues does he understand? On what other issues is he Conservative?
Third: Who do all of you expect Trump to choose for the SCOTUS?
Fourth: Can you prove Trump is different from his past as a Democrat...can you prove he is Conservative? how? (please don't feed us the BS that Reagan was once a Democrat...Trump isn't Reagan)
Fifth: How do you reconcile his flip-flopping on issues like Immigration, guns, abortion and OBAMACARE and Hillary?
Sixth: Can anyone explain WHY Trump supported Obama in 2012?
Seventh: Why, suddenly, in 2012, did his donations INCREASE to Republicans when he first decided to run as a GOP candidate for POTUS? Why was he a Democrat donor before then? (don't give me the 'Oh, well, he had to do business in NY crap, either...he gave to candidates outside of NY).
Finally, how can you all be certain that Trump isn't a trojan horse? How can recent talking points outweigh his recent history of comments, etc?
If Trump really is who you think he is...prove to us WHY you think this.
Very true... Cruz has been instinctively there since birth into a family that escaped communism...Trump has been there 15 minutes. So, actually, not at all "the same as Cruz" - now that I think about it.
Classic answer for the ignorant. No wonder you support Trump.
Hey, mad_as_he$$, I think you've not only gotten under the Noob's skin, you may have exposed a Troll. This is classic Troll behavior...
You’re a waste of time, and here’s why:
You can’t argue with an idiot, and you can’t reason with a fool.
Give Karl and Reince my best, k?
Criticizing Gellar has nothing to do with anyone's stance on terrorists.
Criticizing voodoo as a treatment for cancer does not mean one is in favor of cancer.
She wanted attention, she got it.
Go Cruz!
Well. I am a Cruz supporter and hopeful voter, too. The one thing his willingness to NOT trash Trump indicates that Cruz sees what Trump’s crusade of late regarding illegals means to real Americans. Perhaps the bellwether of all issues and a clear statement on what conservatives are concerned about. Cruz would be a fool to condemn him like the other RINOs on the Republican candidate slate, AND those who won’t say a damned thing about lest they actually have to take a clear and specific position on illegals.
Right now, it’s a good thing and I’m not going to give anybody any ammo to shut Trump up no. I think Cruz will not either.
Really? Unless you jump on board the personality cult of a liberal Democrat, you're Karl Rove?
For what purpose? Are you writing a term paper? Are you doing opposition research for Reibus? What is your motivation?
Your answer makes more sense than any other explanation I’ve heard. That would also be a disqualification for someone in my mind. Hopefully we won’t end up with another egomaniac.
Yet he is on record saying the U.S. MUST have universal health care.
Thanks, and to me this is obvious. His conservatism is undeniably new and undeveloped and far from instinctual - and his ego is undeniably over developed and is his only true instinct. Therefore, when his ego thinks something liberal is the right thing to do - where he would be wrong of course - his ego is going to kick his conservatism in the ass....because his ego is 69 years old and his conservatism is 69 days old.
George Washington was probably as financially independent as anyone who ever ran for any office.

True, but that was before the time of the corrupt crony capitalists funding campaigns and buying influence. All the other candidates brag about their Wall Street fund raising abilities, without mentioning the attached strings.
Can somebody ANYBODY tell me WHEN these two TRAITORS are going to stand up to their fellow TRAITOR down Pennsylvania Avenue? ANYBODY??
(CUE THE CRICKETS)
I get hammered every day from the Cruz campaign for more donations. I wish I could send more, but I have never sent money this early in the campaign season in my life. I intend to send more, but I don’t own a money tree. I have a wife who requires more maintenance as time goes by, and two teenage children.
Yep, I pegged him a few days ago too.
He definitely has a soft spot for being called out as a n00b. My guess is a retread.
While I love the brash way that Trump talks, I can’t get out of my mind his TV performance when he said “YOU’R FIRED” over and over. To me he is an actor, telling us what we want to hear.
My support goes to Cruz. He is the real deal!
Enough for me!
Actually, he’s not....but you’ll come to that conclusion at some point and then probably not post for a few months.....hoping no one will remember you supported him....in the face of many warnings....
I don’t know that I’d be called an ardent Trump supporter, however -
At this point I would vote for him, believing that he will try his best to do what he says he will do.
He’s wealthy enough that I don’t believe he can be bought.
He has a tremendous ego so he will best not to fail.
He has very successfully run large organizations and succeeded. He could not have done this without a full understanding of world events, players, and political winds.
He hires experts and expects them to do the job he hired them for. He doesn’t appear to hire based on friendship, political connections or special interests.
Macy’s, NBC, NASCAR just recently have shown he’s not going to cave to threats.
The bottom line is I think it’s in his best interest to run, win and do his best to turn this country around. In this instance, his best interest is in line with my best interests.
Simple answers really. Trump is not Jeb Bush and he is not Hillary Clinton.
We are being given a choice between those two by our nation’s elites and the outcome for our country would be the same if either wins. It’s the ultimate Kobayashi Maru.
Trump is not perfect but he is owned by nobody. I think he will do what he believes is best for the country, not the party, and that is what is needed. I believe the best option would be for Trump to run with Cruz as his V.P. Unlike Obama, Cruz actually understands the constitution and would be a compass for Trump.
Sure, at times Trump has been all over the place, but how is that any different from republicans in office actively rejecting why they were put into office?
