Excellent
Bioflavonoids have worked for me but biotin is cheaper
“Someone answer the damn phone!!”
I do a multi and it contains 30mcg of Biotin.
What is the dosage that caused your Tinn to stop or back off for a while?
I thought this might interest you.
Earlier this year they published results of a study that suggests high doses of biotin might help those with Progressive forms of Multiple Sclerosis.
I have MS, and this made quite a buzz on the MS forums. Here’s the abstract from the study.

Is tinnitus considered a neurological sign/symptom? If so, your “discovery” would fit with the findings from this study.
I’ve been taking biotin for a couple of years and though it helps with the hair loss and strengthens my nails, it hasn’t done a thing about my tinnitus. Ringy, ringy, ringy 24/7. :-(
Thanks!
One other possible cure for tinnitus: a respected brand of fish oil. Like Nordic Naturals or Carlsons. NO SUPERMARKET BRANDS or junk from China. It really works.
Add me please, thanks RB.
Put me on your ping list, please. Thank you.
I use this. It does not eliminate the problem completely, but does help for a while.

New to me. This looks interesting; It uses some of the same pressure points. Might be worth a try. I tried massaging the Bai Hui and the Shuai Gu (you have to read the article) at the same time and it seemed to help.
